Slow Cook Thai Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2007
This was the best recipe for the slow cooker I have found yet (I've only had it one month). It tasted like a restaurant made it. I did use less peanut butter than it called for (only 1/2 cup) and it worked out fine. I made the change for calorie reasons. It's spicy and great.

Michael's Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2006
The sauce on this was outstanding. I made it with chicken legs and it worked just as well. Also, the tomato paste expands to create more sauce than I thought before I covered and baked it.

Mac & Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2006
This turned out very well, though I will need to use bigger tomatoes next time. Also, I will fill the tomatoes with the mac and cheese before the breadcrumbs, although the recipe recommends otherwise.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2006
This was an easy and very tasty dish. The chicken turned out moist and the sauce was delicious, though a little thin. The flavor intensified with the leftovers.

Pasta with Asparagus

Very good and tasty, although there were a few too many noodles (and I only used a 12 ounce package).

Cola Onion Pork Chops

Tasted vaguely like detergent to me. I didn't have a glass baking dish though so it could be better cooked properly.

Mom's Stovetop Pork Ribs

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2005
A few of the ribs were a little dry and the water did not boil away, but with practice I should get it right. The meat was very flavorful.

Texas Rice

This was very easy and good. The leftovers remained tasty after days. And in a tortilla the leftovers were easy to prepare.

Lime Chicken and Mushroom Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2004
There did not seem to be enough sauce for the pasta. It was too dry a recipe. The cilantro was a nice touch, but too light a flavor for me.
