Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2010
Very easy recipe. My boyfriend LOVED it, but I found it just a little too sweet. Next time around I may reduce the sugar a bit. Thanks for sharing!

Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2010
I really hate it when people comment on the recipe, then CHANGE 75% of it. I'm commenting on the ORIGINAL recipe and I absolutely LOVE the ketchup/mustard/brown sugar "gravy". I did feel an entire onion was too much for me. Next time I'll go with scallions or maybe fresh chives. Regardless, thanks for sharing an easy stand-by.

Excellent and easy! I used a cheap bottle of yellow tail shiraz.

Spinach Mushroom and Ricotta Fettuccine

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2008
I'm not sure why other reviewers are so critical of this recipe. I added a chopped garlic clove to the mushroom, a generous grating of Parmesan, and found it delish. I would, however, say that any dish is best when you use fresh produce instead of frozen. Thanks for the great alternative!

Simple Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2008
Absolutely awesome! I don't normally enjoy salad of any kind for dinner, but THIS was perfection. I think the key to it all was that delicious dressing. I opted for light mayo, which lowered the calories a bit.

Banana Pancakes I

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2008
Delish! I did add vanilla like other cooks suggested. I also substituted 1 c of white flour with 3/4 c wheat flour and 1/4 c white flour...and they STILL came out light and fluffy. IMHO the best part of this recipe are the bananas. With that added natural sweetness, you can skip the syrup altogether. I finished the pancake off with a light sprinkling of brown sugar and powdered sugar. Next time I'm going to caramelize some brown sugar in a small pan of bananas for topping. I can't wait until next weekend! P.S. It's so hard to make the perfect pancake with a gas stove. I wish I had a griddle!

Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2008
I've made this recipe for years! Absolutely fabulous. I do, however, use Parmesan cheese instead. It gives you that umami kick.

Rigatoni Florentine

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2008
Nice dish. Easy, quick, and tastey. I was just expecting a little more flavor. I added fresh basil, minced garlic, and crushed red pepper (for a little kick). I DID taste like something you would buy at the Olice Garden. Next time I would add shrimp instead of meat and mushrooms instead of spinach. The spinach (green) didn't look very pretty with the pink sauce. But overall, I would make it again in a heartbeat. Thanks for sharing.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: May 27, 2004
This is, hands down, the best peanut butter recipe that I've ever used. I'm never making my grandma's recipe anymore! This one is so much better.
