Best Brownies
These are super. We don't bother with the frosting though, they don't need it. Many other reviewers say these are too cakey, that's not the fault of the recipe. Cakey-ness comes from how you make it. The trick with brownies is to mix the ingredients as little as possible, over mixing will result in a more fluffy, cake like brownie. My favorite thing about this recipe is there's only a pot and a wooden spoon to wash up when you're finished.

Banana Cream Pie III
Alot of people have said that they had way too much filling for one pie. Perhaps you are making the pudding according to the package directions instead of the recipe? Doing so will get you about 1 more cup of filling and it will not be as firm.

Neiman Marcus Chocolate Chip Cookie
As a Neiman Marcus employee I can vouch that although this is not the recipe you get in the "Neiman Marcus $250 Cookie Recipe" spam email this one is the real deal. These cookies are really good if you like the "super sweet & not homemade" tasting cookies you buy from the grocery store. They aren't my favorite, but I still eat them whenever we have them at work.
