Dill Pickle Meatloaf

My husband could not stop raving about this meatloaf! I thought it was great too. The only thing I will change next time is to double the sauce for the top. :)

Marinated Spicy Pork Chops

This was a huge hit! Everyone loved it, especially my picky kids and husband. I made it with Lea & Perons thick style worchestershire in place of the steak sauce, used a Scottish ale and Sonny's sweet BBQ sauce. Thanks for the great recipe!

Dark Rye Bread

A good rye bread but I found it needed more caraway. Still toying with the amount but 2 tsp was a minimum for us.

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

No changes made. I loved this, as did my three picky kids. My equally picky husband did not. Something about the spices just didn't appeal to him. Still, an excellent recipe for 4/5 of my family!

Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Scones

Excellent! I used the dough blade on my food processor to cut in the butter (very easy!) and mini-chocolate chips. Even my picky 6 year old loves them. :)

Red Chard and Caramelized Onions

I really liked this recipe. The taste was excellent and everyone loved the onions (the chard was not such a hit but that was not a fault of the recipe). I personally thought the whole thing was wonderful!

Best Baked Chicken

This was good but I made modifications. My husband and I agree that as listed it would be WAY to salty. I used crushed garlic rather than garlic salt and left out the celery salt. Other than that I left it as is and it was very good.
