Wow! I was browsing for something completely different and came accross this recipe. Watched the video and could not resist running for the kitchen. Had all the ingredients except the cream, so used creme fraiche I made a week ago. What a wonderful taste combination....and so easy to make. I also did not measure anything and it came out well. Next time, I will take the eggs out after 10 minutes. My dish was a veavy ceramic and the egss continued to cook, so they were a bit more done that I like. Will make this again and again.
