Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

Delicious and simple as is. I bake them in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes or so, and they are great.

Kielbasa and Veggies

Very tasty. I prepped it in the morning and threw it in the oven when we were ready to make it. I substituted the lemon pepper with Spicy Montreal Steak seasoning, and added some portabella mushrooms. Turned out very nicely.

Pollo Fajitas

Made this last night, it was easy and tastey. Used white vinegar, boneless chicken breasts, and forgot the lemon. It was still delish.
