Chinese Sweet and Sour Chicken

The sauce was very flavorful as written, I did have to use ground ginger as I didn't have fresh on hand, and based on other reviews I used apple cider vinegar. I used the marinade with pork chops which went very well with it, and served with steamed broccoli and white rice. This was an easy weeknight meal I will definately make again.

Baked Dijon Salmon

I make this about once a week, this is one of our favorite dishes! As some others have noted the butter-mustard-honey mixture is a LOT of sauce, I recommend dividing it before putting half on the raw fish and reserving the other half as a dipping sauce for the table. It's best written, but if I'm feeling lazy I won't make the breadcrumbs mixture and just sprinkle some on directly from the can. The sauce adds enough flavor for it to still be excellent, but add the parsley and nuts if you have them.
