To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2007
This was delicious! We like chicken and broccoli with our Fetuccine alfredo so I fried some chicken in a little bit of vegetable oil and a lot of garlic and steamed some broccoli. The only other changes I made were using a pre-packaged cheese mixture of romano, parmesan and asiago and I did end up adding some extra grated parmesan. It was excellent! My husband took one bite and had a great compliment for me! Thanks for sharing!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2008
I really liked this recipe, especially when I added shredded cheddar and crumbled corn muffin to it. YUM, YUM! Super easy and it was excellent even though my husband forgot to turn it off and it cooked for 5 hours longer than necessary. I highly recommend this recipe! The only thing I might do next time is add more corn.

Creamy Italian Dressing II

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2011
This recipe was a hit with my husband, his parents, me and even my 2 year old son. It's SUCH a simple recipe but it's OH SO GOOD. I made a second batch of it tonight and it only had about 20 minutes to refrigerate before dinner and it was still great. The best thing about it is that it's made using pantry staples and nothing extraordinary. I followed the recipe exactly.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2009
My husband and I LOVED this recipe. I will make it again for sure. It would make a great dinner party recipe as it can be prepared ahead of time. The only change I made was to use a full pound of hamburger and 1/2 lb. of italian sausage as I'm not a bit sausage fan.

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2010
I made some changes from the original recipe and the finished product was great. I replaced one of the cans of tomato woup with a can of diced tomatoes, omitted the vegetable oil when I sauteed the turkey, added about 1/2 cup corn and didn't use any onions, I also added about 16 oz of tomato sauce as it cooked because it looked like it was going to be a bit dry. Like I said, it came out great! We enjoyed the turkey and didn't miss the usual beef!

PBJ Cupcakes - Berry Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Frosting

I LOVED these. While it's sort of strange, it was a nice departure from the normal yellow/white/chocolate cupcake. I made them with my grandmother's homemade strawberry jelly. YUMMY!

We love this recipe! My husbands Grandmother makes it with frozen raspberries and raspberry jello, it's equally as delicious as the strawberry version. Guaranteed to be a hit!
