Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

These were just what I was looking for. I needed a recipe this size to make a huge batch of bar cookies. The only thing I did differently was to use half whole wheat flour (I was almost out of white). I just made this recipe for a 2nd time and realized that I used only 1 of the jelly roll pans instead of 3. OOPS Anyway, my family liked that they were more cake like. I did increase the baking time also.

Pumpkin Chip Cookies

Just made these and only had white chocolate chips on hand. These are a light pumpkin flavored cookie and my 2 yr old twin goddaughters loved them. Whole house smells like pie.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Outstanding. I used fresh cranberries and at first it was sour but after letting it sit awhile in the crockpot (after being in the oven) the flavors blended and it was so yummy. Definately a do again.

Glazed Apple Cookies

Made a few changes due to what I had or didn't have on hand. Used 1 cup apple sauce as too lazy to cut, peel, and whatever the apples. Didn't have cloves so used pumpkin pie spice 1 1/2 t.in place of cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Threw in a small pkg. of sliced almonds. For half and half used caramel apple coffee creamer. YUM!!! These were delicious. Raisins would have made them that much better but was out. Wonderfully soft cookies.

Buttery Rolls

By far my favorite roll recipe. I've added herbs, sometimes cheese, doubled their size for buns, or made them shaped like breadsticks. Love this recipe.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

By far the best apple pie i have made. I cored and sliced apples but didn't peel them. My kids couldn't even taste the peels. Try drizzling a little caramel topping over it once out of the oven. MMMMM

No Fail Pie Crust I

Best pie crust i've used. I doubled it and saved two balls of dough for next time. Defrosted slightly in the microwave and the dough still rolled out wonderfully. Used this crust for pies and for a chicken pot pie.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Doubled the recipe and used splenda white and brown sugar for half of the total sugars and wheat flour for half of the flour. Measured it out with a small scoop and got about 100 cookies. Froze half in little balls on a cookie sheet to bake for next time. YUM
