Greek Orzo Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2011
AWESOME RECIPE! I had never had orzo before so this recipe was a new one for me, but I loved it! I made the recipe as given, but made sure to mix the feta with the orzo first while the orzo was warm, melting the feta. I also didn't use the marinade before serving but instead used some greek salad dressing. The amount this made was huge! Next time I will 1/2 of 1/4 this recipe. Yes, I will be making this again.

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2010
This recipe was just okay in my opinion, but my family didn't like it at all. They said it was too tangy, and they are big lemon fans. I left the sauce, chicken mixture, & noodles all seperate until serving. My youngest loved the chicken, alone, without the sauce. I only used 1/4 of the butter it called for and the sauce did not seperate.

Pink Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2009
This pie wasn't bad for a last minute dessert. I actually halfed it and used 1/2 strawberry jello and 1/2 peach jello since there was enough for 2 pies (That way, I had 1 peach & 1 strawberry pie). I also made sure the jello mixture was at room temp. before folding in the fluffed evaporated milk. They both turned out great!!

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2009
The recipe is AWESOME! I stuck to the recipe but grilled the fish instead of frying. Mahi Mahi is a wonderfully tasteful white fish and is my absolute favorite so I was delighted to try this recipe. Thank you so much for this recipe. I will be using it on a regular basis!

Glo's Sausage Fried Rice

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2009
I made this rice with chicken instead of sausage and it turned out GREAT. My family loved it. I did have to add a little oil to the pan after taking the chicken out because there wasn't anything to fry the egg in but other then that I stuck to the recipe.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2005
The title is perfect for this pork...amazing!!! It smelled great and my husband gave it great reviews (and he is picky). My pork weighed 3.75 lbs and I added 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix, 1 & 2/3 c. water, and I mixed 3/4 c. red wine vinegar with 3/4 c. white wine (did not have red wine), about 4 med. size cloves of garlic minced, & 1/4 c. (low sodium) soy sauce. I cooked it for about 5 1/2 hours. It was tender and melted in your mouth. I AM NOT a person who is a salt fan and I thought that this was perfect (contrary to other reviews). Don't be afraid to try this recipe, it is great!!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2004
Nice texture!! I used 1/2 crunchy and 1/2 creamy peanut butter but other then that I stuck to the recipe, and they turned out great. I did not drop them but did the standard peanut butter cookie "x" and undercooked them just a little and they stayed soft even after they cooled. I definatly recommend this recipe!!
