i followed the suggestions to use my food processor, and it couldnt have been easier! i did not freeze the butter, just took from the fridge and it was fine. also, i didnt have sour cream, i had buttermilk so used that and worked just as well. i didnt use flour on the counter, i used a plastic mat, and it was just fine. love this recipe!!

I used the green enchilada sauce and eliminated the seperate addition of green chilies, because thats what makes the sauce greeed. Very good!!

Great soup, perfect flavor! We added a dollop of sour cream to the bowl when serving, and used crushed tortilla chips instead of hassleing with the tortilla shell strips. Very good!

Snowball Cake

Cute cake, loved the icing. Be sure cake is all the way cooled. Mine was a bit warm and the icing thinned and slid down the sides a bit.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2009
Great cake..I made the light version with fat free sour cream, sugar free pudding mix and applesauce. It was Great! I also used the mini morsels. I think next time I'll use 1 cup instead of 2 to save even more calories. I think it will be just as good.

Whole Grain Waffles

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2009
These are a great way to get protein in your breakfast. I substituted soy flour for the all purpose flour to give it an additional protein boost, and thought the recipe was great! We made a double batch so we could freeze some for another day.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2009
Very good!! I took another reviewers suggestion and used the fat free sour cream and reduced fat cream of chicken soup. We ate with adtl sour cream and some salsa on it...my family really liked it. I threw some shrimp in with the chicken because i was short on chicken, and also spread the shells with some refried beans before i filled them. I can see making different variations of this...all good!!

Loved it!! I'd made something similar for years but never thought to put the zukes in. I used diced tomatoes instead of whole, and I used the box of macaroni and cheede as suggested by another reviewer. Also added some oregano.

Cuervo Golden Margarita

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2009
To make this better...add the juice from 1 fresh lime and 1/4 of an orange. Also...its better with a tequila that is 100% aguave, which is one of the upper level Cuervos,

Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2009
wow...I love this! Great way to make tilapia flavorful. I used the cilantro in the marinade instead of getting the fresh parsley too, and all lime juice. Also addd some chopped cherry tomatoes to the salsa because I had them and they needed used. Was great, and love having leftover salsa to eat with chips. Have made it twice now, and will do so again!! I didnt use the jalapeno pepper in the salsa because I dont care for it, but did add some red pepper flakes..maybe a teaspoon. gave it a little bite.

Ladyfinger Cheesecake

Reviewed: May 22, 2005
Great recipe!! This got rave reviews at our office potluck. I buy the no bake cheesecake with the topping included, so no need to buy seperate can of pie filling. Also have tried it with the low cal instant cheesecake and low fat cream cheese and lite frozen whipped topping and have been pleased with the results.

Cinnamon Rolls III

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2004
If there were more stars I would give them!! This was wonderful. I made a couple of faux pas while loading the bread machine, and they still turned out wonderful!! I added the whole amount of the pudding mix, I forgot the yeast untill after has mixed awhile, and didn't put in all the flour initially. I fixed things, and they were great! I put mine in a bigger pan amd let them spread out more when rising.
