Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

One thing that really ruins it for me is when the chicken breast turns out dry. The breast was not horribly dry, but it definitely was not moist and juicy. Being pounded thinner and making sure the stuffing and bacon cooked long enough probably overcooked the chicken. Also, I feel that the stuffing tasted underseasoned and bland. I tasted the garlic-y spinach, but there wasn't much more kick than that, even with the 1/2 cup of pepperjack.

One-Dish Chicken, Vegetable and Rice Bake

Perfect recipe! Complete meal and for the first time I didn't need to add anything else. It tasted perfect and the chicken breast were juicy and moist. I did use a thermometer too make sure my chicken was not overcooked (I absolutely hate dry meat). I'll be making this many more times over. Thank you!

Baked Salmon I

I wanted to try a new way to prepare salmon. However, this recipe made me realize that I do not like my fish overly seasoned or even herb-encrusted for that matter. I felt it masked the taste of the salmon, which is so good already. However my husband did like it, apparently it was cooked well and he eats just about everything.

Easy Crab Linguine

Made exactly how the recipe listed. Too much milk made the sauce very thin and runny. Did the submitter forget to list any seasonings? I added salt and pepper and at least tasted MUCH better than the original. Will not make again, but kudos for your efforts.

Sherry Sour Cream Chicken

Followed other suggestions and added minced garlic and onions to butter while browning chicken. Used the sherry to de-glaze the pan and the sauce came out great. The spices were a great touch and with using a meat themometer, took the chicken out of the oven after 25 minutes when it reached a temp of 165 degrees.
