This was shockingly (to me) good. I had mediocre, at best, expectations. But it was something simple, with limited ingredients that seemed like it would fill up a crowd.
It came out delicious and was probably the most tender meat I've ever cooked.
One suggested modification - I just can't wrap my brain around buying a top cut of meat (tenderloin) and then killing it in the crockpot for 7-8 hours. So I used a pork shoulder and it was wonderful, as well as inexpensive.
I'm a recipe "tweaker" for sure, and I can't recommend one other modification to this three ingredient recipe.
