This was yummy. I did cut back on the butter quite a bit and sprinkled cheddar cheese on top. I loved the crunch.

Applesauce Oatie Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2006
I am giving this a 4 1/2 star. The only reason being, I am not a big raisen fan, so I sub craisens, I would prefer either or, not both. My hubby agreed, he would of preferred only choc chips. A very good cookie and I love that it has applesauce. Thanks

Cream of Coconut Cake

Got rave reviews. I made one from scratch and this one. This one won the taste test from all who tried it. I did use a pineapple filling from this site and Rick's buttercream with coco lopez added.

Crunchy Cheddar Chicken

This was excellent, my husband and I both went back for seconds! I did not have ranch dressing, but I had a ranch dip packet. I added sour cream and yum. I will make it that way everytime now.

Quick and easy. I needed dinner in a pinch, so I made these with mac and cheese on the side. My hubby loved them. I used Italian bread crumbs and corn flake crumbs.

Drop Biscuits and Gravy

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2008
I have tried many recipes and this one turned out the best and tastiest. Only one suggestion. There was too much sausage, I would either make more of the gravy or use less sausage. It is a keeper!

I give this 5 stars because it was easy and my husband and 18 month old gobbled it up. I used Italian bread crumbs for more flavor. Good recipe, thanks.

California Italian Wedding Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2008
This was really tasty, I did use homemade chicken broth and fresh basil... yummy! I also used acini di pepe, if you plan on using this pasta I suggest using less than what the recipe calls for. I only had canned spinach on hand and it was still fabulous!

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2008
This was really tasty. It was a little on the sweet side, but worth it. I marinated it for almost two hours and had some sauce on the side to dip. I will make it again.

Slow-Cooked Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2008
This was delicious!! First time I made homemade chili. I do not like it spicy so this was perfect, I had guests over and they loved it. There were no leftovers. I am not too fond of tomatoes so I only added one can of diced tomatoes and it was plenty. I also used less onion. I will definitely make again.

Yum! Rich and sweet. I actually ran out of sugar, so I used half white and half brown. Turned out fabulous. I served with vanilla ice cream and caramel drizzle.
