Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

The whole family loved it! It did not take 5 hours on low at all, more like 3. I would probably only put half of the italian pack next time. I did put chicken broth in with the chicken and butter and 3/4 of the cream cheese. Just per my tastes. My husband's only comment, was I needed to make more. :)

These are wonderful, my husband loves them, always a good thing. I do cut the crescents in rounds and top them with filling and bake.

Cream of Coconut Cake

Got rave reviews. I made one from scratch and this one. This one won the taste test from all who tried it. I did use a pineapple filling from this site and Rick's buttercream with coco lopez added.

Quick Black Forest Cake

I made this into cupcakes, topped with a different ganache recipe I love, whipped cream and a cherry. (like another review picture) because I made them into cupcakes and I didn't have pudding in the mix, I did add half the amount of oil and water the box called for. They were Moist! Rave reviews from all who ate them. I would probably only put a 1/4 of the oil and water next time.

Pineapple Filling

Delicious, I just made this and it tastes divine. For those who had issues with it thickening, patience is the key! Just keep whisking until it gets to the proper consistency. I will definitely take a picture after I assemble my cake. Using a vanilla bean cake,using the filling and topping with a coco lopez buttercream. can't wait to try it.

Sandy's Chocolate Cake

First time I made it, I made cupcakes and they were great with differant frosting, second time I made a cake with the frosting. I did not care for the sour cream tang at all, maybe just a taste thing and the cake didn't taste very chocalatey, I might have to keep looking

Lemon Chiffon Cake

Very yummy! I did not make the filling, I did a layer of lemon curd and a layer of strawberry filling. Then I topped it with homemade lemon buttercream. It was fabulous.

Turned out fabulous. I should have bought more shrimp, our guests gobbled them up. The only thing I did differant was no red pepper or cilantro, I didn't have them so I used oregeno.

Caramel Pecan Pie

Yum! Rich and sweet. I actually ran out of sugar, so I used half white and half brown. Turned out fabulous. I served with vanilla ice cream and caramel drizzle.

Easy White Chicken Enchiladas

Fabulous! I didn't have green salsa so I used enchilada sauce. I also put the enchilada sauce in the bottom of the pan and then put a little queso, topped it with 8 enchiladas in a 9x13 pan and then used more enchilada sauce and queso. Was delicious!

Carrot Cake VII

Very moist and delicious. I used 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup applesauce. No pineapple or coconut and I didn't have allspice. I put nuts on the side of the cake as well. Got rave reviews from guests. I used cream cheese frosting II.
