I do not enjoy cooking, but had to cook tonight as my husband (the real cook) had to work late. I chose this recipe because my son loves lasagna. It was pretty easy and the end result was perfect. I read a lot of the reviews first to get some ideas, and, as suggested I increased the amount of paste and did not drain the diced tomatoes. I also increased the seasonings by about 1/2 and only added a pinch of salt. My son prefers more meat, so I added a thin layer of the cheese sauce and mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and topped the lasagna with the meat sauce. I baked uncovered for 20 minutes then covered loosely with foil for 50 minutes. DELISH! Will def make this again.
