Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2014
Amazing cinnamon buns! Made all the changes suggested in the reviews. Heated the 1/4C water till lukewarm (110-115F) then added the yeast and made it sit for 10 mins. I also baked in an 11"x 8" pan which was lined with parchment paper. About 5 minutes before they were done, I took a pastry brush and spread the cinnamon sugar butter mix on top of the buns to make them even more moist! Soooooo good! Thank you GOOFYDEBBIE!!

Marinade for Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2014
This was so delish! Will def make it again. I didn't have any red wine vinegar, so I used balsamic vinegar instead. I also used onions, garlic and chicken seasoning. Yummy down to the bone!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2013
I made this for Thanksgiving dinner desert and everyone loved it! I read the reviews first, and followed some of the advice. I used three bananas and mashed them, used half brown and half white sugar, and used softened butter instead of melted. Everyone loved it! It was so moist and delish!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2013
I do not enjoy cooking, but had to cook tonight as my husband (the real cook) had to work late. I chose this recipe because my son loves lasagna. It was pretty easy and the end result was perfect. I read a lot of the reviews first to get some ideas, and, as suggested I increased the amount of paste and did not drain the diced tomatoes. I also increased the seasonings by about 1/2 and only added a pinch of salt. My son prefers more meat, so I added a thin layer of the cheese sauce and mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and topped the lasagna with the meat sauce. I baked uncovered for 20 minutes then covered loosely with foil for 50 minutes. DELISH! Will def make this again.
