I liked this recipe better when I added vanilla extract. It definitely needed this. Plus I added a crumbly topping on the top before baking with cold butter, sugar & cinnamon. It now has way more flavor

Awesome Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Baking grilled cheese sandwiches are nothing new for our family. My Mom always baked them when I was a little girl. Plus one piece of cheese isn't enough. We make ours with different cheeses, cheddar and Brie. Or cheddar and provolone. Whatever you like. I also put red onions and tomatoes on mine before I bake. They are delicious.

Soft Gingersnaps

These cookies are amazing. I did add a little salt and vanilla. To me every cookie recipe should have vanilla. It just enhances the flavor. It's a lot easier if you cream the butter than add the sugar, egg, molasses than the dry ingredients than the way the recipe says to do it. These cookies are so soft. Just delicious. I'm giving it 5 stars.

Pumpkin Muffins with Streusel Topping

This is the second time making this recipe and its a huge hit every time. The only thing is I add cinnamon to the recipe and I add cinnamon to the streusel topping. I double the streusel topping and my family hates raisins so I omit those. I also add chopped walnuts. Instead of using plain applesauce I use cinnamon applesauce. This recipe is unbelievably delicious.

Slow Cooker Chicken with Mushroom Wine Sauce

I made this recipe today and it was incredible. I put 7 breasts frozen in my slow cooker and added a whole chopped onion, 4 garlic cloves chopped, a pound of fresh mushrooms, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, a huge can of cream of mushroom soup, all I had was dry vermouth so I put in a half a cup. I let it cook for 3 1/2 hours and it was perfect. It actually was like a stroganoff. So creamy. I made some pasta with it. It was so Yummy. My husband devoured it. It's a keeper
