Fruity Curry Chicken Salad

This was better than my favourite sandwich place! I used 4 x the curry and 1/2 the chicken, because I like spicy and more fruit/veggies.

Easy Beef Stroganoff

Phenomenal Chicken and Pasta in Creamy Pesto Sauce

This recipe is amazing - I followed the pesto recipe once and later used some frozen pesto my Mum had prepared in the summer. Every bite has something different, and delicious - the tomatoes are tangy, the chicken is satisfying and the nuts are crunchy. As you eat it - you ask "what next"... and are not dissappointed. A nice winter dish to warm you up.

American Lasagna

mmmmmm! This recipe is great and popular among friends/family. It is very heavy so I use it as a reward at the end of an active day. So many calories/fat I might as well be eating cheesecake! I also cut back on the sugar a little.

Cheese Sauce

This recipe was a pretty good basic cheese sauce, although I used cheddar. It is obviously "combine cheese with 2 cups milk and melt" instead of "combine cheese with 2 cups cheese and melt". Too bad about that.

Key Lime Pie IV

This pie was great... the second day. It needs some time for the tastes to mingle. When I served it originally, it tasted pretty much like eating straight sweetened condensed milk. Save some whipped cream as topping - you won't regret it.

Egg Drop Soup I

This recipe was easy and delicious. I would find soya sauce too powerful for this dish... so throwing in some green onions and ginger instead did the trick. The second time I made it I added mushrooms, which was a good complimentary texture to the egg.

White Chili I

This recipe was wonderful, but kind of an off-white chili rather than white. It is a bit ugly - the topping is a good cover-up. A great alternative to regular chili!
