Delicious! I just put the ingredients in a big plastic container and shook them around at each interval. Worked like a charm. I also use a silicone sheet on my pan so very easy clean-up without added grease.

Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf

Delicious! Made exactly as written and it was great! It had a wonderful not dry texture and is way healthier than the original. I think next time I will add some tomato paste to the top, but that is the only change i would make. This will be in my menu planning from now on. Thanks!

Grilled Honey-Soy Pork Steaks

These were great! I never have eaten pork steak. I marinaded for about 4 hours and they were just juicy and succulent. I will make these again and again. Take advantage of the "swine flu" pork is on sale everywhere. I got my steaks for $0.89 and pound.

Sweet and Tangy Slow Cooker Bar-B-Q Pork

Really Good. I substituted celery salt for celery seed and no chili sauce. The sauce was really thin and I only cooked it for 6 hours and they were great. I should have added more peppers and onions.

Lana's Sweet and Sour Meatballs

I used frozen meatballs but other than that I followed the recipe. It was wonderful, a little too sweet. ***Edit*** I used less brown sugar this time and it was much better.

Broccoli Chicken Divan

Great recipe! I cooked according to recipe but I would change some things next time. I would substitute the milk with sour cream. It turned out kind-of watery. I froze half and just cooked other half and it turned out great.

Red and Sweet Potato Salad

It was just potato salad. I accidentally bought white flesh sweet potatoes so it didn't look any different. I do enjoy the different flavor with the sweet potatoes and I enjoyed the vinegar mixture. I will make again, but it needs a little kick.

Spinach Manicotti

Great dish! Not your average manicotti. I was a little weary of the salsa but it turned out amazingly well. I follow the recipe with just a few slight changes. I used V8 vegetable juice instead of tomato juice, used dried chopped onions instead of powder, and used crushed croutons for breadcrumbs. I also doubled the sauce (don't double the V8 juice). TIP- To fill manicotti easily, fill up a freezer bag with filling and cut a small hole in the corner and squeeze in shells. Much easier than trying the other way. I froze half the recipe I hope it freezes well. I'll comment later.

Smooth and Creamy Peanut Butter Pie

Great! I used 8 oz of cream cheese and it still turned out great. My husband still raves and dream about it. I'm making it again tomorrow for a family dinner.

Guinness® Corned Beef

I changed this by using O'Doulh's Premium Amber(non-alcoholic), a crock pot , and seasoning packet. We think it is wonderful!!! The beer gives it a good base and is only noticeable in the aftertaste. I am not sure that the beer couldn't be replace and still get a good flavor. The brown sugar is the special part of this recipe. I will use this recipe from now on. Thanks. FYI - This will make your house smell like beer.

Skillet Spaghetti

It is a great recipe for spaghetti. I did change a few things though. Substituted Ground Turkey for Ground beef. 2 cans diced tomatoes and a can of sauce for tomatoes ingredients. Real onion and garlic. Chicken stock for water. Added sliced mushrooms Turned out great.

Fast Rice Pudding

Good basic rice pudding. Nothing fancy. It's pretty much rice and evaporated milk and it tastes like it. I used cloves because I'm allergic to cinnamon.

Valentine's Pie

Great pie! I made it for a Valentines Day party and they were a hit. I made two pies and they were gone before any of the other treats. I added a few teaspoons of lemon juice to add some zing. Delicious. **Also I decorated the top with some canned whipped topping (the stuff you put on ice cream). Not a good idea. The flavors did not mesh.
