Oven-Fried Pork Chops

As I was monging on the leftovers, which I deep fried heheh, I realized I loved the taste! I wish I could upgrade my rating to 4 stars! Once the coating is crispy it really is a great idea! Stuffing mix would go well with turket breat filets, which are often on sale at the grocery, and I will very MUCH make this recipe again! I just have to make sure I get it crispy! ^__^

Great Garlic Bread

I love olive oil and why it never occurred to me to use it on garlic bread is beyond me! Thank you for the eye opener! And thank you allrecipes.com for making cooking fun again!

Biscotti

My first try with biscotti and I will make it again! Great basic recipe that is easy to tweak. I never knew biscotti was so easy, and the tweaking possibilities are endless! (I dipped one side of mine in dark chocolate then sliced almonds). Can be packed for an excellent gift. Mama mia!
