Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

I grabbed this recipe on the way out the door to the supermarket, and I am glad I did! I made it for lunch that day and my husband took one bite and said, "mmm, this is great!" Definitely a keeper recipe! I thought at the time that I would rather add 1 cup of whipping cream instead of just 1/2 cup, but it turns out that the 1/2 quantity has worked just fine. With the cream mixed into the runoff from the chicken and the rest of the chicken seasoning, the sauce is great! The seasoning on the chicken is also terrific. I put all the seasoning on a plate and laying the chicken onto it. I ran out for the 3rd one (I actually only made three) and just sprinkled more seasoning onto that last piece of chicken. I think that if I did it all again, I would just sprinkle the seasoning on the chicken to begin with instead.
