Wow!! So easy, yet so good! I made this and put it in pretty decorative tins for Christmas gifts for my husbands many relatives. Everyone went on and on about how good it was. To keep it from sticking I lined the pan with Reynolds non-stick foil, and the brittle came right off.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This meatloaf was awesome! I grew up hating meatloaf..but decided to give it another chance because my husband really likes it. His exact words after he finished eating were "That was outstanding, you have to make that again." Even my picky 3 year old daughter who never eats anything gobbled this up. Thank you, this recipe is a keeper. In fact I have already added it to my recipe box!

Pineapple Casserole

Very good! My mom used to make this when I was a kid, and I was so excited when I found this recipe for it. Tasted just the way I remember it. Goes very well with ham.

Spicy Potato Soup II

Eggless Sweet Potato Casserole

I tried this recipe for Thanksgiving (my first time cooking) and it was wonderful, I usually don't really care for sweet potatoes, I was mainly making it for my hubby, but this was very yummy (especially the topping) I ended up making it again for Christmas the only difference is this time I used canned swt. potatoes just to cut down on cooking time and prepared the dish the night before. It turned out even better this time around. Thank you for a great recipe.

Mom's Yummy Sweet Stuffing

The World's Best Turkey

Thank You so much for this recipe. This was my first turkey and my hubby was sure I would mess it up and it would be too dry. I found this recipe and it sounded relatively easy so I decided to try it. It turned out wonderful, and my hubby is still raving about it. He said it was one of the best turkeys he's ever tasted. Thank you, thanky you. I will be using this again next year.

Shepherd's Pie

I'm sorry to say I was disappointed with this one. I was in search of a new recipe I could make with hamburger meat, and was very excited when I found this one, it sounded great and had a lot of good reviews. Not only was it time consuming but it did not look appealing at all and the taste was not much better.
