Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2005
Good, but as others suggested and I wished I would have listened, is cut the cream cheese in half because it was a little overwhelming. Other than that, we enjoyed. Thanks

Jagerschnitzel

Reviewed: May 5, 2004
We thought this was very good and would not change a thing. I was born in Germany and this is very close to authentic. I would not recommend using any type of seasoned bread crumbs because it will really change the way it should taste with the sauce. Thanks

Wiener Schnitzel

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2006
Being from Germany, this is the way my family made Schnitzel all the time. I prefer to double dip the meat with the coating. If you also don't want to spend a lot for veal, you can use boneless pork chops and just pound them thin. Great recipe!!

Mongolian Strawberry-Orange Juice Smoothie

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2005
Refreshing! Made for breakfast for myself this morning and had to make another batch because everyone drank it all and wanted more. If you want it thicker, freeze your fresh strawberries or use frozen and that will thicken it up. I enjoyed as written and would not change a thing. Thanks tapegurl

All-American Pork Baby Back Ribs

I simered my ribs in water for about 1-1/2 hours and then put them on the grill. Did not salt or pepper them. Very tender and delicious!

Glazed Almond Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2005
If I could rate this more than a 5 I would. Followed directions exactly. As I was reading reviews, I noticed that some people had problems getting the cake out of the bundt pan. When ever I use a bundt pan, I spray Baker's Joy which can be found in the baking section of your local grocer. It is in a can and it is a no-stick spray with flour which you just spray in the pan. I have never had a problem with sticking or crumbling. Hope that helps. Very mosit. Thank you for the great recipe Judy!!

Very Best Blueberry Cobbler!

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2005
I did not like this at all. The topping was very cake like and tasted nothing like a cobbler topping should taste. We also did not think that it tasted very good the next day. Everyone else in the family gave it a 2 to 3 star rating. I did follow the directions exactly and even used fresh blueberries. Sorry but will keep looking.

Microwave Baked Potato

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2007
We usually make our baked potatoes like this in the microwave. Saves so much time and tastes just as good.

Blueberry Monkey Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2005
Took this to work and got rave reviews. Made in a bundt pan and the only change I made was that I used 3 cans of buttermilk biscuit dough instead of 4 (rose just the right height and did not make a mess all over my stove)and used fresh blueberries instead of frozen. Thanks Eleanor

Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2006
Delicous! My favorite salad is Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad from TGIFs. Had one last night for supper. Made this for lunch and it was very similar. I also am not sure what creamy garlic salad dressing is so I used garlic ranch to coat the chicken. I also used chicken tenders and baked at 350 for about 20 minutes. Substituted original Craisins for the cranberries. Served with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. My husband is not a fan of blue cheese and complained when I added, but he rated the recipe a 5 and even admitted to me the mandarin oranges, craisins & blue cheese compliment each other along with the balsamic vinaigrette. (Served with TGIFs salad.) Next time I will chill the chicken in the fridge for about a half hour after I have the dressing and nuts on the chicken and then bake. It will hold the nuts better. Thanks

Happy Shrimp

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2008
I used whole wheat fettuccine noodles and tripled the sauce as I wanted to be able to soak up a crusty bread in it. I also used margarine instead of butter. Used the salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste until it was what we were looking for. Family loved. Thanks

Frozen Strawberry Lemonade

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2005
This was good but the lemonade overwhelms the strawberry taste. Next time I will add more strawberries but it was still very good.

Lemon Chicken Tenders

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2006
I have to rate a 3 because even though my husband and I thought they were pretty good, the kids did not like the sauce on the chicken. We also thought the sauce was a little too sweet, so I think I would cut the sugar down next time.

Mountain Dew™ Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2005
I am rating this a 4 because the cake itself was very good and so moist. We did not like the topping at all and ended up scraping it off. Followed the directions to a "T". I will make the cake part again but use a different topping. Actually, the cake was so good that you do not have to use a topping at all if you do not want to.

Pan-Seared Tilapia

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2011
As written we rated a 4 as we felt it needed a little more spice. The next batch we took the advice of others and added in Old Bay Seasoning and left out the butter as we felt in was not necessary. Yummy

Fast Chicken Soup Base

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2006
This was a great way to make chicken soup when you don't have a lot of time. I ended up simmering for a little longer (about an hour.) Had leftover chicken from the other night and was not sure what to use it for. This worked great. Thanks...will use this recipe again and again.

Smokin' Scovilles Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2006
This was one of the best chilis that I have ever had. My whole family enjoyed. It was just spicy enough but not too spicy. Never heard of putting cocoa mix in chili before but I'm game and the taste was fantastic. Could not even tell that this was chili made with turkey. Thanks for a great recipe!

My family loved this recipe. The only change I made was I browned some ground beef and added it to the sauce. Made with Italian Herb bread I from this site and served with a nice salad. Thanks!!
