Fourth of July Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2007
Not a big hit. Everyone thought it tasted way to vinegary. Sorry but thanks for letting us try.

Mom's Cucumber Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2007
I took others advice and also added half a cup of lite mayo and half a cup of lite sour cream. I only added 1 tbsp. of sugar as we thought it was sweet enough and then added the dill, salt & vinegar to taste per our preferance. Thanks

Made this at a backyard BBQ. I doubled the recipe and kept as written. It was such a hit that I ended up having to make another batch. Kids & adults enjoyed. Thanks

Easy Blueberry-Lemon Parfait

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2007
This was good for a quick dessert fix. I think I would like it better with strawberries which I will try next time. Just a personal preference. I did take JODILICIOUS's advice and added fat-free cool whip to the yogurt. Thanks

Great recipe. The flavor really came through. I also grilled mushrooms along with the onions and peppers and doubled the sauce. Next time I will triple the sauce. Thanks

Thought the chicken was good but the spinach itself was very plain. Not sure if I would make again.

Delicious! Used regular pepper instead of cayenne. My kids who never would eat guacamole decided to try it and now like it. Thanks

Took to a family function and the kids went nuts for this. Had none to take home and this made a lot since I doubled the recipe. Thanks

These were so good. After reading reviews I am glad I did not use a 12 oz box of vanilla wafers. I did not even need half the box. This was so easy to do. Followed directions to a "T". Took to a family function and had none leftover. Thanks

Sharese's Spaghetti Salad

Reviewed: May 13, 2007
Made this for a get together. I received a lot of compliments. Did not add celery or onion (personal preference) and used a red & yellow pepper instead of a green pepper. Used fresh grated Parmesan cheese and took others advice and bought McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning. I also used real bacon bits. Thanks

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole

Reviewed: May 6, 2007
This went over quite nicely with the family. I did not have cheddar cheese so I used Mozzarella. I would cut down on the butter next time and wish I would have read the reviews because it is not necessary to use so much.

Loved this recipe. I did not have time to marinade and the taste was still wonderful. My only change was that I used Chipolte Chili Powder instead of plain. Made with Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole & Herbed Mushrooms with White Wine from this site. Thank you!!!!
