Very good. Substituted Splenda for the sugar and kept the rest as written. Thanks

Tried and this is just not for me. Husband did like though. Did have to add a lot of spices as we thought it was too bland as written.

This was very good. The sauce is wonderful. Doubled up on it as I was serving with white rice. Will make again.

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2007
Made for lunch today and it went over very well. The chicken was very flavorful. I added some white wine to the sauce and doubled the sauce as I served it over white rice. Thanks

Aunt Fannie's Dinner

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2007
Good and easy. I went the cheaters way and added a jar of spaghetti sauce and took other reviewers advice and added extra seasonings (Italian seasoning and fresh garlic.) I then tranferred to a casserole dish and took RanValRJ's advice and put french fried onions on half of the mixture and left the other as is. Baked in the oven for a few minutes and was pleasantly suprised that everyone preferred the side with the french fried onions. Who would have known. Thanks!

Garlic Shrimp Scampi

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2007
This was very good. Followed the directions for the most part but I added extra wine, fresh basil and a little bit of red pepper flakes for a little kick. I did not measure anything out as I made extra sauce and served it with a crusty bread for soaking the sauce up. Make sure to just use a litte bit of bread crumbs at a time as it depends how thick you want the sauce.

Mahogany Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2007
These were good just coming out of the oven but by the next day they were just okay. 2nd attempt (8/25) - The taste is very good but the problem I have is that the sauce does not stick well or thicken up. I finally let them cook for quite awhile trying to get the sauce to thicken up and then I also ended up putting them on the grill. That worked but not quite sure it was worth it.

Sorry but this did not go over well with my family. The sauce is way to thick and we were just not thrilled with the taste. Will keep looking. Thanks for letting us try

The taste was ok but when I have leftover cake after a week, it is probably not worth making again. Thanks for letting us try.

Have to agree with other reviewers. There was just not enough liquid. I ended up having to change the recipe to get enough liquid. Probably would not make again. Thanks

Sizzling Chicken Skewers

Very mixed reviews in our house. I did not like at all as the taste was not to my liking but my eldest son and husband enjoyed. Youngest said it was just ok. Not sure if I would make again.

Lemon Pepper Shrimp with Mustard

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2007
Very good. I did not measure ingredients but I know I ended up using more garlic and more fresh parsley. I also wanted a creamier sauce for dipping a crusty bread so I added about a half a cup of heavy cream to the wine (used Chardonnay - use a wine that you like as a glass goes well with this dish) and butter. (The treadmill was defintely used after this one.) Served over pasta noodles. Thanks

I agree with the last reviewer. Does not really taste like pineapple upside down cake but more like just pineapple. Good but not one of my favorites. Thanks
