Loaded Vegetarian Quiche

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2014
In the Oven as I speak. Followed this as a guide. Had a large amount of leftovers from another recipe. Sautéed squash, sautéed onions, sautéed tomatoes with spices. Added some leftover smoked Gouda cheese on the bottom of precooked pie shell., added the eggs, S&P and milk. Finished with Swiss cheese on top. this will be interesting. Trying to use up what I have in frig. Next time I will follow recipe.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2015
Made this microwave Peanut Brittle today (02/25/2015) using Spanish Peanuts. Read all the reviews first so I would know all the tips an tricks. Much better then store bought an this was my first time making this candy. Love it so much I have to stop going in my kitchen for more! Will be making at Christmas time for gifts. Mine did not burn but I did keep a close eye on the candy while it was cooking. My microwave is 1000Watts, cook time used 3:30, 2:30 and 1:30 mins. Will recommend and make at Christmas. Thank You for submitting Linda C.

French Toast II

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2014
Made this, for my husband, two sons and a friend. Came out to 9 slices of Texas Toast. Only thing I did different was add the cinnamon to the egg batter, cause I was lazy about sprinkling on finished toasts. The out come was delish! Am going to use my recipe of French Toast. Same ingredients, but I like to dip each slice of bread in flour, shake extra flour off, then dip in egg mix. Toast comes out, not soggy at all!

Buttermilk Pancakes II

Reviewed: May 3, 2013
Had four adult guys and myself for breakfast. All of them loved these Pancakes! The only thing I did wrong was I forgot the melted butter for the pancake mix. The butter cooled down and became spreadable on the pancakes. Will use this recipe again. Thank you for posting your recipe, it was well received by my hungry bunch!
