This was a great and simple recipe. I did make a few changes to the recipe in order to make the dish nearly lactose free, but this was a great recipe to use to assess proportions. I used clarified butter instead of regular butter and I used kefir (similar to greek yogurt) instead of heavy cream. I added roasted garlic - about a whole tablespoon - because I like garlic and I hoped it would offset the tanginess of the kefir. Otherwise I kept everything the same for the sauce, using less past because I like lots of sauce. It turned out really great and, although lactose free, was indistinguishable from a lactose heavy version.
