Jiffy Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2012
Omg! Soooo good! Very tasty. I've made cinnamon rolls once before and they were sticky cinnamon rolls with lots of sugar. These ones were less in sugar but tasted great. I made a slight change though. I lowered the sugar to 1/4 - 1/3 cup in the filling and added more sugar about 1-4-1/3 cup to the real batter. Also I halved the batter and made the rolls still into 12 rolls but just made them thinner. It's a good portion. Great change. Super tasty too.

Wow super great!!!! No frosting needed. I like them better without frosting! roll half the batch in cinnamon sugar before baking for an even tastier cookie!!!!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2012
Wow!Great, I always change this recipe to make it even better. I divide the batter in 2. To half of it I add chocolate chips and to the other half I add peanut butter. 1/3 cup or less will work. To keep it a dough consistency I add a bit more flour until its perfect. I then press it into a ball and bake the peanut butter ones for 15 minutes or until they spring back when lightly touched. DELICIOUS! My parents tend to love the peanut butter ones while my brother loves the chocolate chip. A great crowd pleaser. Also note that the original recipe makes 48, to half it search for 12 and you'll get 24. :)

Shortbread Cookies II

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2012
Not very good. To get even a slightly underdone cookie you need to flatten it out and bake it for 16 minutes or more. Mine were okay, my family said they were okay-good. I wouldn't probably make these again, unfortunately.

MMMMM... Brownies

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2012
I don't know what to say. To start a 1/4 cup more sugar is needed if u have bitter choco chips like me. Second it was very moist but not fudgy. Third it did not cut well! It just cracked on the top. Yummy with a few flaws.

Soft Christmas Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2012
I loved how their nice and fluffy. They kept their shape. But it just wasn't sweet enough for me. I would recommend adding 1/2 cup ish more to keep it sweet.

Nanaimo Bars III

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2012
I'm 12 years old and I made this recipe with ease! I didn't have a double boiler so I just stirred the ingredients and kept putting it in the microwave for 5 seconds then stirred it and repeated. It turned out sooooo tasty! I would put 1/3 cup less sugar in the filling and add it to the bottom layer. Thanks for the recipe!
