Steakhouse Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine
This was so good! I realized once I started making it that I didn't have any wheat flour, so I used all bread flour. It was delicious! It still comes out brown like whole wheat bread, so who is going to know the difference. Looking forward to trying it again with the wheat flour next time.

Conchas (Mexican Sweet Bread)
These are fantastic! I did substitute bread flour instead of all purpose flour for the dough. Also I didn't have any evaporated milk so I had to use regular, but everything still turned out great. If you have a bread machine, you can use the dough cycle for these and it saves some work. I can't believe how good these are! Thanks for sharing!

Italian Style Pork Chops
Very good. I didn't have any butter or saltine crackers, so I dipped the chops in egg and used Ritz crackers for the breading. It was pretty tasty. Thanks for the recipe!
