I have got to find something "different" to do with these chicken breasts. I'll admit I've been pretty creative over the years but I really want something that is a "wow... I really like that, it's different" kind of comment.
I've made soups, breaded, stuffed, casseroled, etc....…

I've tried many a meatloaf in my day... some with some pretty unfavorable results. Tonight I'm gonna try Rempel Family Meatloaf. Why? Because I had all the ingredients.
I would love to find a meatloaf that stays a solid mass... you know, like a slab of meat on your plate.
