Sauteed Carrots and Leeks

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2013
I liked this a lot! Of course I did a bit of tweaking for my eating style using coconut oil instead of butter and I didn't use any sugar. I did add a bit of fresh ginger to the skillet and I had no thyme so that was out as well. I really enjoyed this recipe. Thank you for sharing!

Easy Strata and Variations

I made this for an appreciation breakfast and it was the first dish to be eaten! I didn't even get to sample it myself so I think it must have been a hit with the crowd!

Banana Berry Smoothie II

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2008
I was desperate to use some spotty bananas before I was forced to make banana bread and found this recipe. I threw it all together with lemon yogurt (that's what I had) and it's excellant! A healthy drink and one I hope my fussy son likes.

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2006
I loved this recipe. I put in my favorite veggies and followed every thing else exactly. Picky child ate it. (well the chicken anyway) and the husband loved it. I will be adding this recipe to my book of faves. Thanks for sharing it with us Cyndi!
