Baked Pancakes

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2014
This was good and very easy but the texture is not what I expected. It was kind of like an omelet in texture. I added a little cinnamon sugar on top. Worth trying again!

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2014
Wow - this is crazy delicious! We added a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and a teaspoon of garlic salt. I think the packages of turkey I had were more than a pound, so two packages made enough for two loaves. We did one with BBQ sauce and one with ketchup. This will be a regular at our house!

Clementine's Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2014
Really, really yummy! I do think I need to reduce the number of chips and nuts because of the crumbliness. (as some others have said) I also agree with other commenters that they should be taken out when they look like they're not done and left to rest before removing them from the baking sheet. But really tasty!

Red Wine Pork

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2013
Very easy! I ended up adding more carrots (just used baby carrots) and onions. I melted the butter with the garlic and threw all of it in a ziploc bag in the fridge for about 4 hours. Then I poured it in a crockpot and let it cook on high for a few hours. The pork was so tender! My 5-year-old had three servings!

Dad's Breakfast Pizza

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2013
I have made this several times and love how flexible it is. I usually add some sort of cream gravy and whatever cheese or toppings I happen to have on hand. It makes it like biscuits and gravy with cheesy eggs all wrapped up into one!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2013
So yummy! I doubled the batch and spread about 3/4 into a jellyroll pan. Then I used a pumpkin shaped cookie cutter. Adorable! I baked the rest of the batter as "regular" cookies. Great and easy recipe. Thank you!

Mulligatawny Soup I

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2013
I added a cup of coconut milk and used a T of curry powder. I let it simmer in the crockpot on low for about 5 hours. It was delicious, but the rice didn't cook all the way. (I don't usually cook with rice, so I don't know whether that's something obvious I should have anticipated!) I will probably use more carrots (even though I used extra this time) and add some chopped red pepper next time, but I thought it was really yummy!

Spiced Slow Cooker Applesauce

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2013
Delicious! And as easy as a recipe that involves peeling a lot of apples can be. I ended up reducing the brown sugar to 1/2 cup and using apple pie spice and cinnamon since I didn't have any pumpkin pie spice. I put it in the crockpot before I went to bed and added the sugar/spices when a woke up. Worked perfectly.
