Wonderful recipe! I made it much easier for myself by a couple of changes. I let the cookie dough soften while I prepared the fruit. I didn't bother slicing the cookie dough, I simply pressed it down evenly in a pizza pan. After the cookie crust was baked and cooled, I added the cream cheese mixture and then arranged my fresh fruit on top. I didn't bother with making the glaze although I'm sure it's delicious. I simply melted some apple jelly in the microwave and after cooling it a bit, I brushed in on the fruit. It makes all the fruit shinny and pretty. I packed it in a pizza box and took it to the BBQ and it was (as always) a hit. Thanks Kay for the great recipe!

Oh Yum! I've been making this now for several years and can't believe I forgot to rate it. It doesn't matter what's on the menu for the cookout, someone always wants me to throw a few dogs on the grill also. They try to tell me it's for the little kids, but I know it's so they can have a coney. To make it easier on myself, I make batches of this throughout the summer and freeze it in varying amounts so I'm always ready for the next cookout.

Excellent! Duncan Hines makes an Orange cake mix which I use instead of a yellow cake. When making the frosting I mix the pineapple and dry pudding together and let it sit for a few minutes to thicken a bit. Then I gently fold in the cool whip and chill for a few hours before serving. You have to love some of these very simple recipes that taste so good and for such little effort. Thanks Ellen!

Excellent! I turned mine into muffins so I could freeze them and take one out whenever I wanted one for coffee break at work. I used milk instead of water. I baked at 350 for 22-24 minutes and recipe made 16 muffins. I used paper liners but also sprayed Pam around the top, round edges of the pan knowing the fruit would make the muffins stick. I cooled them on a rack in pan for 5 minutes, then popped them out and finished cooling. So good!

Excellent! It doesn't get any easier than this recipe. I served it with rice, salad, and Larry Lambert's recipe for grilled asparagas from this site. A simple but wonderful meal.

Another keeper! Excellent marinade. Fresh pineapple on the grill is so good but I prefer it with chicken instead of beef. I also don't care for tomatoes on kabobs as they seem to turn to mush. If I do use them, I will cook my meat alone on skewers and the vegetables on other skewers. Great recipe that you can add any combination of meat, poultry and vegetables to your personal likes. Yum!

Yum! It's not much work to make pancakes from scratch and they are so much better than the mixes. I have made them plain and with fresh blueberries and they are delicious either way. I use pure maple syrup on the plain ones and white Karo syrup on the blueberry and they are so good either way.

Loved it and would not change a thing about it.

A wonderful recipe. To adjust for our own personal tastes, I did add a little bit of green pepper and celery, diced small. I also reduced the brown sugar to 1/4 cup, mixed it with and equal amount of ketsup and spread it on the top of the meatloaf. It made a wondeful glaze. I was sure that I would prefer to have the glaze on top rather on the bottom of the pan, floating around in all that grease. I also reduced the milk to 1/2 cup as it seemed to be too wet. Yum! OH MY GOSH! This is so good and so rich that I have decided to only make it on very special occassions. Our family parties always seem to start early in the day with everyone cooking, etc. and last late into the evening. The problem is the family wants this on Easter, Christmas, Birthday's, etc.

This is "The Stuffing Recipe" from now on. I always double or even triple the recipe so there is plenty to send home with my children. I have to admit I throw away the liver and I use Bob Evan's Pork Sausage with Sage. I also use canned chicken broth to keep it moist ... who has time to make turkey broth? I usually bake it for 30 minutes covered and then uncovered for 10-15 minutes to slightly crisp the top. Thank you Stacy for a really awesome recipe.

This is so good. Don't change a thing here. Thanks for the really great recipe. It's been at our Thanksgiving table for some time now and will continue to be ... along with the other cranberry dishes people bring. Mine even has it's own special glass dish to show off it's pretty layers, ha ha ha. Everyone loves it.

Excellent and so easy to make. My mini pans are the same size as the vanilla wafers so I just drop one in the pan, flat side down and add the filling. If I can make anything a little easier in the kitchen without compromising the taste, I'll do it. I usually use cherry and blueberry pie filling but was disappointed with the blueberry, not enough fruit, mostly sauce. I found a wonderful recipe here on All Recipes for blueberry topping. Whenever I serve these everyone just loves them and thinks I spent hours slaving away. If they only knew. Thanks Janice

These really are excellent, and everyone loves them. I was a little worried about all of that brown sugar but if you can always adjust it to suit your tastes. I sure didn't bother threading them all on skewers. I put them in a 13x9 glass baking dish (so much easier to clean then a metal pan) sprinkled on the brown sugar, cooked until the bacon was crisp, turned them over, sprinkled more brown sugar and cooked that side. I can't figure out how some people couldn't get their bacon crisp, unless they had them squashed together on skewers and had them squashed together in the pan. I guess if I were having a party or taking them to one, then maybe I would use the skewers .. but I love shortcuts in the kitchen.

What a great way to get in those raw veggies! This is so good that it's wanted at all family gatherings. I don't know why, but, I've always used golden raisins instead of the dark ones. This recipe goes into the family favorites for sure. Thanks John!

I was looking for something fast and easy and found this recipe. It was so tender and very good. It is an excellent recipe for those watching their carbs.

Excellent Recipe ... This is the one I will use from now on. At first I was concerned about all of the topping but I was generous with it and they turned out so good. Another time I added a few mini chocolate chips, made mini muffins and they were also great.

YUM! YUM! YUM! This is fast, easy and great tasting and don't you just love the name? A must for any Latin themed dinner. I have passed this recipe on to everyone I have served it to. I prefer using thawed out frozen corn in place of the canned corn. Anyhow you must try this one, you won't be sorry.

This was so good and a nice change from spaghetti or lasagne. It's easy to make and it makes a ton. I make it in two 9" square pans if it's just the two of us and that way I have one for the freezer when I really don't feel like cooking. I just pop it in the oven while I make a salad and garlic bread. Thank you so much!
