Its a good recipe but a bit plain, so I spiced it up a bit more to my taste. I upped the spice by adding 1/8 tsp cardamon and 1/4 tsp nutmeg to the batter. I also increased the topping a little bit as well as upping the cinnamon to 1/2tsp. I also made it gluten free. I used 1/4 cup gf oat flour, 3/4 cup sorghum flour, 1/2 cup rice flour, and 1/2 cup tapioca starch. I also added 1/4 tsp each of xanthum gum and guar gum. Its still a bit to crumbly and next time I will up the xanthum gum to 1/2 tsp. I love baking muffins and this one is a keeper for me with the changes I made.
