Maple Dill Carrots

This recipe is great. I have made this dish several times, and keep forgetting to leave a review. I used 1 lb. baby carrots, steamed. I also omit the salt.

This was so awsome. No more going to the mall for Cinnabon! Edit: These were requested again & made this w/ orange extract instead of the vanilla this time, in the icing. They lasted shorter than the previous batch.

Cheesy Ranch New Red Potatoes

Excellent. I steamed the potatoes for 35 minutes instead of boiling. I also used Lt. Ranch dressing. This recipe is so versatile & has so many variations, it will take me some time to try them all.

Easy Cheesy Chicken I

This was excellent. I made a few changes though. I used cream of mushroom w/ garlic soup instead of regular cream of mushroom soup. Instead of sprinkling with salt, pepper and garlic powder, I put garlic powder and fresh ground pepper in a bowl and dredged the chix breasts w/ the mixture. Definately could taste the garlic w/ my alterations. This will be made again:)

Bierock Casserole

Excellent dish. Jazzed it up with some dijon mustard and some of Emeril's Southwest seasoning. The crescent rolls add a touch of sweetness that balances the tartness of the sauerkraut. A perfect compliment, IMO, to this dish is German potato salad.
