Egg Noodles
These are wonderful! The dough is a pleasure to work with. I see that a lot of people are complaining that the finished product is "too thick". LOL Well why didn't they just roll the dough out to their preferred thickness? That's silliness. I have made these thick, thin and I've even simply pinched off small pieces of dough when I didn't feel like rolling them out. No matter what way I've done them, they have turned out perfect. I use this recipe in stroganoff, soups and just plain buttered noodles. You really cannot go wrong with this recipe! Thanks for sharing!!!

Exquisite Pizza Sauce
YUM!!!! I have never before made a pizza sauce that I didn't have to cook and I admit that I was skeptical, but the lack of time I had to prepare the sauce and the reviews persuaded me to try this recipe. Wow, I am sure glad I did! I had to leave the cayenne pepper out because my husband is a spice wuss and I omitted the anchovy paste on principle, but other than that I followed the recipe just the way it is written. Amazing doesn't begin to cover it. It is tangy, spicy, sweet and perfect in my book. I have all ready passed this recipe on to others who love it as much as we do. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Pizza night may never be the same again!

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)
Delightfully delicious and it tastes like it takes a lot more effort to make! I did lighten it up by using fat free milks where I could and I did use almond milk instead of whole milk but it didn't taste light in any way. The cake held up well to the liquids and didn't disintegrate like other recipes I have tried in the past. This one is a keeper for sure! Thanks for sharing!!
