Banana Cream Pie I
I followed all the steps exactly and also used corn starch instead of flour. The pie came out perfect and the vanilla pudding by itself was to die for, could be eaten by itself, no pie around it needed ;)
I also used CARTHECOOK's idea of using the 3 whites for meringue (I would have had omelette for dinner, otherwise), but only using vanilla, no extra sugar.
Then I baked the plain cream pie for 5min and after adding the meringue, baked the whole thing for another 9min. And I added a bit of milk chocolate, just on top of the banana slices and a bit on top for decoration (post-baking).
