About this Cook
I am from Mesa AZ, but in the last few years I have done some traveling and have experience a lot of new things, like food, or cooking styles. Im very happy to incorprate the new things I have tried into the things and techniques I already know. Coming from a long line of fantasitc cooks, I hope to learn from them, and teach others, including passing it on to my kids one day.
My favorite things to cook
I love working over a grill or stove top. I hate to have to use a recipe and stick to it. So I always change them and make them even better.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My Grandpas Fudge, my dads steak, my step moms bread sticks, my mom taking me out for Sushi on Wednesday.
My cooking triumphs
I have sucessfully created more than one cake that no one has ever made before.
My cooking tragedies
I can never follow a recipe to a "T". I feel they can always be improved.

Deep Fried Jalapeno Slices
I made these before and enjoyed them. The ideas with melted cheese is good, but when I put these on the table everyone goes for the ranch dressing for a dip instead of the cheese. I also lice them long ways and call them Snake Fangs. But for the most part very similar in ingredients. Use a good Belgian Beer for a different flavor.

Alaskan Chocolate Scrambled Eggs
Im sorry to say this but this is the first negative review I have ever posted.... Just add some pickles and peanutbutter to this, and maybe it will get better... or maybe not.

Honey-Poppy Seed Cornish Hens
I added about a Tablesppon of fresh crushed garlic and it gave it such a kick that the 2 hens I made were not enough and most of my other dishes were over looked because they all wanted more of the hens! ADD FRESH GARLIC, YOU WONT REGRET IT!
