Savory Pork Chops

My boyfriend loved this, but I wasn't as crazy about the flavor. I thought it was missing something. I didn't have the orange marmalade, so that was probably it. Like some reviewers had commented, I added honey instead, but next time I will try with the marmalade.

Southwest Skillet

I used chicken instead of ground beef. I loved it, but my boyfriend hated it. So that is why I have to give it a lower rating. It was quick and easy though!

Pretty Chicken Marinade

This truly is a great marinade. I usually half the recipe though because it makes more than you'll porbably need. Also, I've never grilled chicken usuing this recipe. I've only baked it and tried it on several cuts of chicken.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

This was my boyfriend and I's first attempt at grilling, and this turned out really good. I didn't make the chicken into kabobs and just left it as breasts. I added a splash more lemon juice and a little bit more black pepper. I used dried rosemary and half the amount of sugar. The chicken got a little dry, which was probably just a result of our inexperience at grilling. Overall, it was good though! We'll try it again.
