This was great and easy! I made it and omitted the vinegar and added a bit of spicy brown mustard. Delish! I had to extend the boiling time as the potatoes weren't done. Then I lost track of time and overcooked them a bit. I diced them and put them in the freezer for roughly 20 minutes and it worked. So many compliments even from people who said they didn't like potato salad. Thanks for the great recipe!
