Okay, I modified this a lot to reduce fat. I rubbed the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and basil and then baked for 1 hour at 350. I also used brown rice and added 1 tsp of chicken boullion in the water while it was simmering. For the sauce, I used a can of 95% fat free cream of celery soup and 1 cup of boiling water with 1 tsp of chicken bouillon, chopped onion and 1 1/2 cup of green salsa since I was out of red salsa. I mixed the rice, sauce, chicken and 2 cups of 2% mild cheddar cheese together and baked. It was very good. Try it with crushed tortilla chips for a different taste.
