My family loved this recipe! It was juicy, moist, crispy, and very tasty. I used 6 boneless chicken thighs. The amounts of ingredients worked for me, but I really didn't measure the coating mixture, which I made using unseasoned breadcrumbs, wheat germ, grated parmesan, and added some sea salt, pepper, a bit of basil and oregano. What little butter/garlic mix was left I drizzled over the chicken. I set the oven at 375, baked the chicken for a 1/2 hour covered with foil, turned the chicken, baked the last 1/2 hour uncovered, and turned it once more half way through that last half hour. The result was "perfectable" as my 6 year old stated. I served the chicken with homemade mashed potatoes and peas. Yum! This recipe has already been added to my recipe box : )
