Banana Muffins II
This is the best banana muffin recipe! My 6 yr old daughter and I made them today and her review was "mmm mmm mmm." They were so moist. After reading some of the reviews I tweaked the recipe by adding 1/2 C of brown sugar and 1/4 C of white sugar, a 1/2 tsp vanilla, dash of cinnamon, and some chocolate chips. Just perfect!

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken
My family loved this recipe! It was juicy, moist, crispy, and very tasty. I used 6 boneless chicken thighs. The amounts of ingredients worked for me, but I really didn't measure the coating mixture, which I made using unseasoned breadcrumbs, wheat germ, grated parmesan, and added some sea salt, pepper, a bit of basil and oregano. What little butter/garlic mix was left I drizzled over the chicken. I set the oven at 375, baked the chicken for a 1/2 hour covered with foil, turned the chicken, baked the last 1/2 hour uncovered, and turned it once more half way through that last half hour. The result was "perfectable" as my 6 year old stated. I served the chicken with homemade mashed potatoes and peas. Yum! This recipe has already been added to my recipe box : )

Best Lemonade Ever
My 6 year old daughter and I just made this today and her review is: I think this is terrific! We used 1 1/4 cups of sugar, which was plenty sweet for us. We did make the sugar syrup and just let it cool on the stove while we juiced 6 large lemons (soaking them in hot water for a few minutes and rolling them on the counter before juicing really helps). Then we added the sugar syrup to the strained lemon juice and added 8 cups of water. This is the perfect drink on a hot summer day and so easy to make, especially with a child.
