Hashbrown Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2010
I have been making it for years and my whole family loves it, I make a few changes like omitting the sour cream(hubby not a fan of it) 2 pkg shredded hashbrowns, 2 can cream of chicken, one stick butter diced, onion flakes, about a half cup milk and 16oz shredded cheese..I could it in crock pot and serves as a side with ham balls for easter or its a quick meal for supper by adding ham and putting in the oven on 375 for about 45 min, stirring every 15 min.

Campbell's® Beef and Mushroom Dijon

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2010
This has been a favorite in our house for quite sometime..When I first started making is I used the sirloin tip, but since have switched to stew meat and cut them down to smaller bites, and cook over low heat witha couple of cans of mushrooms, garlic, and seasoning salt, and the onions so pieces are tender and flavorable. I usually try to double the sauce part so it is like a suace for the rice. I do put soy sauce on the table. My picky eaters seem to do pretty good with it. So I think its a keeper in this household

No Bake Double Good Dessert

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2010
I loved this recipe the hardest part was trying to spread mixture out on oreo's, but that turned out ok. I did add a few more oreos then what it called for, but too many is never enough.

Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2010
This was very easy and turned out perfect. Like others I floured before I egged, and used some of my own spices in the saltine mixture. My husband is not a big chicken fan but he said he would eat it again.

Enchilada Casserole III

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2009
I made this over the weekend and it was a hit and even was eaten for left overs. I used 2lbs hamb. added taco seasoning(2pks), 2 Rotell's, 1-black olive(not much of a fan) and 1 can enchilada sauce, I did fry the corn shells in oil like suggested and then dipped in enchilada sauce and used PLENTY of cheese like 6 cups, and it made sooo much that I will end up freezing some because it was alot. But was good
