Oven Roasted Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2015
I made both thighs and legs. So good! Used brown sugar instead of splenda and didn't have anything but minced garlic (it works!)...great sauce! I did as another reviewer and poured the sauce over the chicken after I brushed both sides. The sauce is good over rice. Great recipe!!!!

Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2015
Loved this recipe! So versatile because you can use your favorite veggies instead of the ones listed here. My hubby doesn't like Snap peas or peppers, so I used mushrooms and carrots. I'm going to use broccoli next time. I also used the advice of another rater and used 1/2 tsp of ground ginger. Can't wait to make again!! No going out for chinese anymore.. YEA! (and you can use minced garlic instead of fresh, too). OH! I don't own a wok, so I started everything in a skillet, but once I started putting in cabbage and onions I realized it all wouldn't fit, so I just transferred it all into a pot, stirred to make sure it was all coated with the chicken broth and put the top on just like the recipe said. And I used sesema oil because I had bought it for another recipe from this website and hate to see it not used. It was GREAT! (makes the house smell great, too)

Savory Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2015
This was really good. Hubby made it for us, but he used cream of mushroom soup and mushrooms instead for the gravy. Don't know why except he likes mushrooms. It was really good and really easy for him to make. I will definitely try with Chicken Soup next time.

Easy Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2015
Made this tonight because husband wanted chicken and I wanted spaghetti. So easy and very good. I accidentally left chicken in oven a little longer than I should, but the chicken was still very good! I, too, only had regular bread crumbs, so I added garlic salt, pepper and oregano into mine (for flavor) and I also tried adding some sour cream to the mayo. This is definitely a do again!! Thanks for a great and easy meal!! This is one of those recipes that you can add almost anything to it and it will be a hit! (served with spaghetti and leftover spag sauce).

Easy Oven Brown Rice

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2015
I have made another brown rice recipe for years, but this one is GREAT for a quick version!!! I did as another person, I used water and beef broth, added some mushrooms and used onion powder for flavor. Everything else, I did as recipe said. I actually used quick rice because that's what I had. LOVE THIS

Honey Mustard Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2014
I'm always looking for a new and good chicken recipe. This one gets two thumbs up. Here are some answers to questions that people might have: 1) Can I use Dijon instead of Spicy Brown? Yes, but use less honey because it will make it too sweet. 2) If my oven cooks hot, how long should I cook it? Start with 30 minutes, then check it. 3) Does it have to be shredded mozzerella? No, you can use the block cheese, but I think the shredded melts faster. (I might try provolone next time myself.) The sauce is a little runny, but I liked it because it was easy to pour over the chicken as it cooked. Great recipe!!!

Easy Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2014
Hubby loved it...that's all that matters. Next time I will add salt as I cook the meat and maybe add garlic for flavor. Otherwise, this is a great recipe! From start of chopping onions to the table...35 minutes! Thank you!

Haystack (The Best 7-Layer Dip Ever)

So easy to make and so good! Can't get bean sprouts, so added lettuce instead. The first two layers just make it!! I will definitely make this again and again!

Baked Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2014
I made these exactly as the recipe called and they turned out great. I may add more hot sauce next time...these weren't hot at all. Hubby liked them, which is always the best sign. I baked mine on a broiling pan so the grease would drip down. Worked great! I did a few on a baking sheet with aluminum foil, as it called for, and they were a little soggy, but they were still good. Broiling pan is best. Thanks for an easy to do recipe!!

Quick and Easy Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2014
This is close to how I make my own lasagna, so there's no reason for me to post my recipe. It is easy and it is GOOD! I have a 7 year old in my house who hates tomato sauce, but since she helps me "layer" the lasagna (I put the sauce, she puts on the cottage cheese) she LOVES it. This is done in no time flat and can make Lasagna night any time! Best part? You don't have to cook the noodles!

Golden Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2014
Desperate for a good and easy baked pork chop recipe and I came across this one. LOVED IT! The pork chops were so good...not dry! I wasn't sure if the mushrooms would get soft, but they did. I didn't add an onion because the child in my house hates them and I only had one can of golden mushroom soup, so I mixed it with a regular cream of mushroom soup. Those aren't changes, just letting you know those two things don't change it. Next time I will add the onion and make sure I have 2 cans of golden soup. I bet that makes it even better!!

Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2013
GREAT RECIPE! After looking at all of the mac & cheese recipes on here, I decided this was the one I wanted to try because of the few ingredients. I also read the reviews and used some of the tips. I did use 2 eggs (good idea), 4 tbs butter (too much for me) and bread crumbs (not measured...just eyeballed). I also used shredded sharp cheddar and colby jack/cheddar mix. I prepared it exactly as the recipe stated. It was great!! So glad someone posted it. OH! I also sprinkled cheese on top with 15 minutes left in the time. So easy to make...and I will be making it again and again!!

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2012
This is a great...and very easy...recipe for any piece of chicken. All I had were chicken legs and they were so good! My husband said "This is definitely a keeper!" I didn't even warm the garlic and Olive Oil, so I can only imagine how much better it will be. The best part? 4 ingredients that everyone has on hand!

Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2012
This is delicious! I added the garlic salt to the butter and mustard as a former reviewer did. I made regular chicken drums...my husband ate 7 of the 10. Will definitely do again. (Oh! These cook even better on an oven broiler pan)
