Raisin Soy Bread
This is surprisingly good. The bread rises well, keeps for days and has a very nice flavour. The only bad thing about it is the crust, even on the light setting it tends to taste burnt, but that certainly doesn't put me off making it. For an interesting variation, try replacing the soy milk with Earl Grey tea and soaking the raisins in it for an hour beforehand. Yummy.

Baked Pretzels
These were very good, crunchy outside and soft and chewy inside. My flatmate and neighbour stole most of them. I found they were especially good sprinkled with sesame seeds as well as the kosher salt. Don't make these if you're on a diet, they're irresistable. Oh, and don't feel you have to use a good beer, I use Tesco Value generic 2% volume lager and they still taste good.

Argentine Chimichurri Bread
I did enjoy this bread. I thought it lacked a little in cayenne, and the oregano was somewhat overpowering, but that may be my personal taste. I would guess it goes really well with beef, though as a vegetarian I was stuck with eating it with baked beans. Decent stuff, and good toasted, just go easy on the herbs.
