No Bake Cookies I
I have tried this a few times, and after doing it exactly as stated the first time, I cut the Peanut Butter in half thereafter--too much PB flavor for me as written! (I was reading reviews and some people add EXTRA--so go figure!) It is a good cookie if you just want something fast and have the ingredients hanging around. Be sure to follow the timing directions! They remind the roommate of childhood no-bakes, so this is an old style one that has been around for a long time :) Enjoy!

The Best Meatloaf
Whoever thought up the idea to put steak sauce in meatloaf was a GENIUS! I have made this recipe twice so far, trying out a few things different to get it just how I want it--but I love the steak sauce flavor in the meat, and so does my roommate. This time, I cooked the veggies in a pan with butter for like 10 mins to soften them up before adding them to the meat. The resulting meatloaf is DEFINITELY the moistest and most flavorful I have ever had. And I loved the very sweet taste the onions had in this one. I am going to be playing with this recipe over and over. The basic recipe is awesome, tho. I just like EVEN MORE steak sauce ;) Thanks SO MUCH for sharing this recipe!

Pot Roast in Foil
For someone who hates to cook like me, this recipe really is awesome! It could not be easier to do and the flavor is great. I do recommend following the oft-said advice in here of adding more soup because you FOR SURE will want more gravy!
