Parmesan Sage Pork Chops

I made this recipe AS IS, and it was sooo good! My husband (who hates pork chops) loved them. The lemon definitely made this recipe.

Summer Corn Salad

This is the most beautiful salad! I used half a purple onion (for color) and green onion (for flavor and color) and made this 6 hours ahead of time. However, next time I will make the day before because the longer this sits in the fridge the better the flavor. Will make again!

Dinah's Stuffed Mushrooms

Fantastic! These came out absolutely gourmet, and were gone in less than 10 minutes! Everyone loved them. I followed the recipe exactly, except I left out the green pepper (personal preference). I also used seasoned breadcrumbs, so I halved the Parsley and Italian Seasoning. Oh, and the stuffing definitely fills more than 20 mushrooms. Thanks so much Dinah!

Candied Kielbasa

When my husband saw me adding horseradish to his beloved kielbasa he almost died, but everyone who came over loved this recipe. It was a big hit! I just threw it all in my crock pot and it cooked on low all day long. Will definitely make again. Thanks!

I would give this 6 stars if I could. This is my new favorite recipe. It is FANTASTIC!!! My husband asks me to make these constantly now. Thank you so much for this recipe! Don't change anything, this recipe is perfect the way it is!

This recipe came out pretty good. Everyone seemed to like it. However, I did omit the rice because I couldn't imagine cooking rice for 8 hours! I served it over egg noodles and overall it was very simple to make. Thanks.

Chicken Marsala

This is a 5-star recipe!! I served this at a dinner party and everyone raved at how good it was. One guest even said it was the bext Marsala he's ever had! I didn't change the recipe at all except for omitting the salt (personal preference). Thank you so much for making me look good!

Leg of Lamb

Fantastic!!! This recipe came out great. I used a honey dijon mustard and added the Worcestershire sauce to the mustard before spreading it on the leg. I also added parsley, rosemary, and garlic powder under the mustard. Even my family members who said they do not like lamb, loved this recipe. Plus it was SO easy. Thanks!

Crab Rangoon III

Will some changes this recipe came out really good. I took other's advice and substituted imitation crab, nixed the water chestnuts, and added plenty of green onions. Next time I will cut the crabmeat as small as possible to make creamier.

Coconut Shrimp I

This recipe is fantastic! The shrimp came out great and were loved by all. They taste just like a restaurant made them. I added a little cornstarch for thickness and crunchiness but otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. Will definitely make again.

Bread Pretzels

These are very good. I love pretzels but my husband is not so keen on them, so I made half in a pretzel shape with salt and the other half I made into bread sticks. We both loved them. One thing I did do differently though, is I brushed them with butter instead of egg. These are so much easier than most recipes and just as good.

This recipe is just too bland. Per previous reviewers, I added pretty much every seasoning I had and it's still missing something. Will check back to see if anyone comes up with the answer to add some pizzazz...
