Sooo good, Chuck! I usually make a more traditional and lower fat version but it's crappy compared to this recipe! I followed the recipe exactly, except used ziti pasta and panko. We had a bit extra parmy so added that with the breadcrumbs and butter! It was rich and AMAZINGLY creamy! Careful to add only 8oz of pasta...I almost used the whole box which was a pound. We used good quality extra sharp chedder. I'd like to try to make it lower in fat but it was so good and so worth the splurge!
