Honey-Mustard Macaroni Salad

Made this just as written except used red pepper instead of green, it's what I had on hand and omitted the celery, only because I didn't have any. Will add that next time I make this. Best macaroni salad I have ever made! It thickens up a lot after sitting in the fridge for a few hours to just the right consistency. My husband loved it too. Can't wait until summer to bring it to our next gathering!!

Meatball Nirvana

These were the best meatballs I ever made. I did change just a couple of things....I doubled the recipe using 1 pound of lean gr. beef and 1 pound of meatloaf mix (veal, pork and beef), I omitted the hot sauce and only used half the pepper flakes (hubby not fond of spicy!), I also omitted the milk and used 1 cup ricotta cheese. Perfect! I may cut back on the pepper flakes next time or omit them altogether, still too spicy (not for me). This is definitely a keeper!
